The history of the Western School begins basically in 1998, when was organized the first Big Price Indiana in western skills in Žďárský potok. Next year was Big Price Indiana in area of Scout hut Na Stráni. Since then are held competition in Bruntál region every year here. In 2004 was formed an official representation of the Wild West Arts Club (from the USA) – the Western Arts Club of the Czech Republic. Main leader is Ladislav Šín, also known Gin. In 2011 the Western Arts Club begins build on the former quarry western area – Camp Indiana. The building of the Western School was successfully completed in the spring of 2013. Since that year training of western skills, country balls and many other events have been organized here. From 2014 is held here the Great Price Indiana every year.
